BALSAMIC BAKED SALMON

Salmon's omega-3 properties are full of health benefits, including improving your eyesight and greatly reducing your risk of heart disease.

Balsamic Baked Salmon

INGREDIENTS

• 6 oz raw salmon fillet
• 1½ tsp balsamic vinegar
• 1½ tsp honey
• ¾ tsp sesame oil
• 2 tbsp dried pine nuts
• 5 stalks asparagus

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 450° F. Place salmon, skin side down, in a foil-lined baking dish. In a bowl, combine vinegar, honey, mustard and oil; pour mixture over salmon and sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with steamed asparagus.
