Here’s your chance to eat like a superhero by using the right ingredients. Replace fatty ground beef and regular cheese with extra-lean ground turkey and reduced-fat cheese and you’re on your way to a physique that Wolverine would envy.

WHAT YOU NEED:
• 5 oz extra-lean ground turkey
• 2 cups thawed mixed vegetables
• 1 can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup butternut squash
• 2 tbsp reduced-fat cheese
HOW TO:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine turkey, vegetables and soup in a 9-inch pie plate. Spoon mashed squash overtop and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until squash is crispy golden brown on top.
