Although bacon and eggs are packed with taste, this dynamic duo has plenty of fat and grease that’ll destroy your physique and your health. So, with taste in mind, we have selected two breakfasts that are well suited for your taste buds, great for your health and your training efforts. Did we mention that these recipes are also quick and easy? Well—they are. Enjoy!

1. BREAKFAST PARFAIT
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
• 1/2 cup strawberries
• 1/3 cup rolled oats
• 2 slices whole wheat bread
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine yogurt, blueberries, strawberries and oats in a bowl. Toast whole wheat bread.

2. EGG AND VEGGIE WRAPS
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 whole egg
• 2 egg whites
• 1/4 cup each bell pepper and mushrooms, chopped
• 2 whole wheat tortillas
• 1 banana
• 1 cup nonfat milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
Beat egg and egg whites in a bowl. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, scramble eggs with bell pepper and mushrooms until done. Place half of the egg mixture on each tortilla and fold over to make wraps. Eat with banana and milk.

3. BERRY BERRY BREAKFAST
INGREDIENTS:
• 2/3 cup shredded wheat
• 1/2 cup Fiber One cereal
• 1/2 cup each fresh blueberries and strawberries
• 1 tbsp almonds
• 1 cup fat-free milk
• 3/4 cup orange juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine cereal, fruit, almonds and milk in a bowl. Enjoy with a cold glass of orange juice.
